The African Social Empowerment Network (ASEN) is a non-governmental organization officially registered in Somalia through the Ministry of Interior and Internal Affairs. Founded on October 15th, 2010, ASEN's primary goal is to tackle the issues encountered by minority and marginalized communities, particularly youth from these underrepresented groups, within Somalia. ASEN is devoted to upholding the human dignity and rights of Somalia's disadvantaged populations and delivering comprehensive humanitarian aid to support local minority and marginalized communities in their recovery from prolonged internal conflicts, unrest, and environmental challenges. The organization is steadfast in its mission to foster sustainable solutions and empower these vulnerable groups to surmount the unique obstacles they face, fostering enduring, positive transformations.
